2. Cash-On-Delivery - Athens Region.
Free delivery throughout Attica region for any order above 60.00 €
Exceptions from Athens Region: Aigina, Anavissos, Artemida, Varibopi, Kapandriti, Koropi, Krioneri, Laurio,Malakasa, Marathonas, Markopoulo, Mati, Megara, Nea Makri, Nea Palatia, Neos Voutzas, Inofita, Perama, Pikermi, Porto Rafti, Rafina, Sounio, Sxoinias and islands Ydra, Poros, Spetses, Kithira and Antikithira
For any order under 60.00 €, the shipping cost is 5.90 € (includes VAT) for up to 2 kg. For each additional kg, the shipping cost is 1.11€ (includes VAT).
3. Cash-On-Delivery - other county and excemptions.
For other counties and for the above excemptions, the order is delivered by the courier partner. The shipping cost is 5.90 € (includes VAT) for up to 2 kg. For each additional kg, the shipping cost is 1.11€ (includes VAT).
4. Without Cash-On-Delivery - Athens Region

5. Without Cash-On-Delivery - other county and excemptions.
For other counties and for the above excemptions, the order is delivered by the courier partner. The shipping cost is 5.54 € (includes VAT) for up to 2 kg. For each additional kg, the shipping cost is 1.11€ (includes VAT).
Delivery Time:
If the product is on stock, we deliver within 3-4 working days.
If the product is out of stock, an agreement is made with the Sales Department.
Return Policy:
You may return a product purchased online from our store www.analosima.gr in the following cases:
1) In a case of a different product dispatched to you, than the one you have ordered (the case of a non-defective product, but of a mistaken delivery)
2) In a case that a defective product delivered to your premises (DOA -Dead On Arrival), in accordance with the DOA Policy of our Company.
Terms For Return & Refund of A Product:
The dispatch to our Company of the receipt or the invoice accompanying the returned product is a vital requirement.
1) In the case of returning a product wrongly dispatched by us, our Company will cover all the shipping costs for receiving and re-delivering the correct product. If the correct product is unavailable, we will immediately refund in full the amount paid to us. In this case, you are kindly requested to return the wrongly dispatched product not opened.
2) In the case you regret for your online order, you may return it, not opened and sealed as received, within 14 days from the day of the purchase. Returns are not accepted if the original packaging has been altered, opened or destroyed. The refund of the amount will be carried out once the above conditions are met.
3) In the case of a defective product, based on our DOA Policy, you may return the defective product in our premises, on your shipping expense. If the product is under our DOA policy derived from the inspection carried out from our Technical Department, a new product will be dispatched at our shipping expense.
You will be kept informed during the whole procedure is carried out.
After an agreement with our Sales Department, you can return the defective product at our premises with your own transport costs. You are kindly requested in this case to return the wrongly dispatched product not opened.
To return a defective product, please contact us quoting your order number and the reason of return and a sales representative of our Company will immediately contact you via email and/or telephone.
